The movie was presented during the 76th Venice International Film Festival, at Giornate degli Autori.

I realized this animation for le Centre des monuments nationaux, with Perle Productions. I drew it aiming for a certain balance between two favourites of mine: Osvaldo Cavandoli and Jean Jacques Sempé.

Animated spot directed by the peculiar genius of Virgilio Villoresi. I drew and animated by hand the whole sequence about the rooster (you can see my original work below). Then every frame has been machine embroidered, and subsequently shot.
